Physical Therapy

Physical TherapyIs the science of examination, evaluation, and treatment of physical impairments through the use of specialized exercise, application of thermal, electrical and electromagnetic  physical modalities.  Physical therapy promotes optimal health and functional independence through the application of scientific principles to prevent, identify, assess, correct, or alleviate acute or chronic movement dysfunction, physical disability, or pain.  The ultimate goal is to assist people who are physically challenged to maximize independence and improve mobility, self-care, and other functional skills necessary for daily living.
